心肌梗死：

心肌梗死（MI）一般指急性心肌梗死。 急性心肌梗死（AMI），又稱(chēng)心肌梗死，也叫心肌梗塞，心肌梗塞（myocardial infarction）是冠狀動(dòng)脈閉塞，血流中斷，使部分心肌因嚴重的持久性缺血而發(fā)生局部壞死。2024年8月1日，發(fā)表于nature communications研究強調了基于 Treg 的治療方法在心臟修復中的有益用途，具有重要的機制見(jiàn)解，可以促進(jìn)心肌梗死新型免疫療法的開(kāi)發(fā)，Tregs通過(guò)巨噬細胞促進(jìn)心梗損傷恢復。

心肌梗死模型，荷蘭Liposoma巨噬細胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質(zhì)體清除單核巨噬細胞，給藥方案可以參考如下圖。建模前一天腹腔注射一次，建模當天注射一次，單后Day1會(huì )輸Tregs。燃火Day2，Day4，Day6繼續注射清除劑。這個(gè)給藥方案，是研究者有巨噬細胞在模型的動(dòng)態(tài)曲線(xiàn)，所以可以比較精準的圍繞巨噬細胞的動(dòng)態(tài)給藥。
